There are 3 different levels of camping,
RV sites include water and electricity, a picnic table under a shelter, charcoal grill and campfire ring, this is the only place individual campfires are allowed. These sites rent for 30.00 per night with a 3 night minimum.

Primitive Sites without shelter have no utilities and no shelter is provided. These sites rent for $20.00 per night with a 3 night minimum.

Each RV site includes one vehicle in the price. If you have a second vehicle there will be a charge of $10.00 per vehicle, per night for the extra vehicle but not more than 2 vehicles will be allowed at each site.

Each Primitive Site includes one vehicle in the price, second vehicles will be parked in overflow parking. Parking in overflow will be $10.00 per vehicle, per night. Each camping area that has primitive camping will be allowed a community fire, there will be a fire ring provided for each group of sites but individual fires at each camp site will not be allowed. Please enjoy the camaraderie of the group fires.

Anyone entering the park just for the day to enjoy the concert will park at the overflow parking lot and the fee will be $10.00 per vehicle.

A shuttle will be provided to get you from the overflow parking to the concert area. If you wish to visit someone camping in the park you are welcome to take the shuttle to their campsite. Please plan ahead and know where your party is going to be, it is a big park and you will save yourself a lot of time just by making plans ahead and knowing where you are going. A map of the park camping and concert area is available at the front gate

A shuttle will be provided to help you get from the camping loops to the concert area, the shuttle will pick up at the beginning of each loop on the main road at approximately 20 minute intervals. Since there is no parking at the concert site we encourage you to use this service as much as you need.

The park provides 3 restrooms without showers and 8 restrooms with showers. These are scattered throughout the park and are designated on the map as #1 and #2.

Boat launching will not be allowed from Loyd Park for this particular weekend.

Annual Passes will not be honored at Loyd Park for this weekend as it is considered a “special event”.

The front gate at Loyd Park is manned 24 hours a day and the phone is answered there at all times. If you have any problems or wish to report any problems please call the front gate at (817) 467-2104.

We sincerely want you to have a great weekend and enjoy the concert, if you see anything that needs our attention that we might have overlooked or just haven’t gotten to yet, please let us know.
